2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to register and use KrestaPay.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• All information you provide (including KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details, etc.) must be accurate and updated.
• Misuse of services, providing false details, or fraudulent activities may lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to improve user experience. By accessing KrestaPay, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies may be used by us and trusted third-party partners to enhance website functionality.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, KrestaPay Software Private Limited owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may access and use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

5. Payments & Transactions

• All transactions are subject to RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and partner bank rules.
• KrestaPay acts only as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for banking errors or third-party failures.
• You are solely responsible for providing correct beneficiary details (account number, IFSC, UPI ID, etc.).
• KrestaPay will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect details entered by you.

6. Fees & Charges

• Some services may involve transaction fees, service charges, or verification charges.
• Fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
• By proceeding, you agree to such charges, including applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.).

7. Refunds & Failed Transactions

• If your transaction fails but the amount is debited, the refund will be processed by the respective bank/payment partner, usually within 2–7 working days.
• Charges for successful services (e.g., verification) are non-refundable.
• KrestaPay is not liable for refund delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Any dispute must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
• You must provide transaction details (ID, reference number, proof of debit, etc.).
• Resolution timelines depend on partner banks and networks (NPCI, UPI, etc.).

9. Compliance & Verification (KYC/AML)

• By using our services, you agree to follow Indian laws, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML regulations.
• We may require additional verification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) before providing services.
• Any suspicious, unlawful, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension.

10. User-Generated Content & Comments

• Some parts of our platform may allow posting of comments or content.
• KrestaPay does not pre-review content but reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful material.
• By posting, you grant KrestaPay a non-exclusive right to use and display your content.

11. Hyperlinking to Our Website

Organizations such as government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directories may link to our site without prior approval. Other organizations may request approval by contacting us. No use of KrestaPay’s logo or branding is allowed without permission.

12. iFrames

16. Termination of Services

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false or misleading information.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

17. Disclaimer

• KrestaPay provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted services, error-free operations, or instant refunds.
• Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
